Solutions Engineer:
Solutions Engineer (SE) to support our clients and our sales team. The SE is responsible for providing pre-sales support for a robust recovery, colocation, and network portfolio. The SE will directly support sales opportunities and understand RPS products and services. This position includes direct client involvement on sales opportunities, validation of sales orders, the ongoing enhancement of service and product descriptions, and interfacing with Partners, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to keep up-to-date on all new service capabilities. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

Senior Network Engineer:
The Senior Network Engineer should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. Their goal will be to establish network solutions that cater to client disaster recovery/business continuity needs. The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for providing network support services to both Recovery Point internally and its clients. They must also possess excellent troubleshooting skills and their CCNA certification. The candidate will be representing Recovery Point and must be comfortable communicating directly with clients. If they are also passionate about security and data protection, we’d like to meet them. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
