In the June 2019 Critical Capabilities report for Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) released by Gartner, Inc., Recovery Point scored within the three highest scores in each of the four use cases evaluated.
Recovery Point received the highest product score (3.92 out of 5.0) for the Medium-Complexity Customer Environment Use Case, highest (3.95 out of 5.0) for Small-Enterprise Customer Environment Use Case, third highest (3.87 out of 5.0) for Midsize-Enterprise Customer Environment Use Case and third highest (3.7 out of 5.0) for Low-Complexity Customer Environment Use Case.
According to the report, “Gartner recommends that users consider the set of critical capabilities as some of the most important criteria for acquisition decisions.”
