E-Mail. It provides continuity of service, worldwide,
in
the event of a primary Internet E-Mail server failure.

Full recovery can occur in under 15 minutes, based on
customer-defined parameters.
~ Connectivity is continuously
available and is ramped up as needed. ~
MAIL-DR is fully testable. It complements your overall business
continuity planning.
~ The MAIL-DR server is established
and populated with blocks of 250
POP clients with SMTP. ~
Multi-level, dispersed, DNS management, controlled by customer,
is established.
~ The MAIL-DR solution is attached
to network services. ~
A standard browser interface for remote customer administration
is provided. ~
MAIL-DR availability is monitored 24 X 7. ~
Pre-defined, alternate DNS routings for recovery are implemented.
~ The MAIL-DR configuration assumes
role as primary Internet E-Mail
gateway. ~
Users connect to MAIL-DR recovery services and resume normal
activities.
~ Remote, customer controlled
mailbox administration is standard. ~
Remote management of primary through tertiary DNS is customer
defined and managed.
~ Daily backups on virtual tape
are standard. ~
Off-site vaulting of weekly and monthly backups on magnetic media
is standard.
