SUPPORT SERVICES

Recovery Point provides highly responsive hosting support services. Our engagement with you begins long before your technology arrives, with detailed project planning and transition services, to assure a smooth move-in experience. Our knowledgeable facilities, technical and account management staff will guide you through the on-boarding process from start to finish, using collaborative, on-line planning tools to keep you continuously updated on our progress together. We will:

• Coordinate initial planning and graphical design of rack or suite layouts
• Coordinate power and cooling requirements, current and future
• Coordinate network provisioning, cabling and cross connect requirements
• Provide and install all required racks (47U) and dual PDUs
• Establish security authorization lists and procedures
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and deployment timelines
• Provide Welcome Package documents with facility policies and emergency procedures
• Provide training for the Client Portal
• Provide contact information for direct access to our staff and senior management 24 X 7 X 365
• Perform a post move-in review and implement remediation for any issues noted

We deliver flexible, scalable services so that you can concentrate on your own business. After initial deployment, clients rely on Recovery Point’s full suite of on-site support services to assist them with day-to-day requirements. Following are typical examples of these services. • Ongoing equipment handling and maintenance services
• Coordination and installation of power and network requirements for new provisioning
• Tracking incoming and outgoing equipment shipments
• Receiving, unpacking and racking equipment
• Disposing of packing materials
• Relaying equipment status
• Installing cabling within racks per client-provided instructions and diagrams
• Inventorying client equipment upon request and documenting results
• Labeling equipment and cable connections per client-provided instructions and diagrams
• Installing asset tags per client direction
• De-installing, packing and shipping equipment, per client direction
