Recovery Point announces Integrated Data Protection Services, the integration of data backup, off-site data protection and disaster recovery as one seamless process. Through the efficiencies of data de-duplication technology, client data is backed up over a network to one of our secure integrated recovery centers where it is stored on disk for fast file retrieval and rapid disaster recovery. It is then sent via our private fiber network to another of our integrated recovery facilities, copied to tape and securely stored in our on-site tape vaults. Our service reduces risk, increases operational efficiency and improves the disaster recovery process.
