Recovery Point offers multiple Work Area recovery environments equipped with the latest technology, office resources, communications infrastructure and amenities to help you quickly re-establish your business functions after a disaster. All Work Area recovery centers share common voice and data infrastructure across our secure network backbone as well as standardized desktop PC images for a common operating environment. Locations are equipped with all-weather hitching post services which support power and network connections to building infrastructure so that mobile end-user units can be added to augment the fixed Work Area positions. Recovery Point’s Work Area facilities offer industry-leading ergonomics and design features, including private offices, server rooms, strategy/conference rooms and ample parking. All Recovery Point Work Area facilities are compliant with the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Recovery Point’s voice recovery solutions are based on state-of-the-art, digital PBX units with the ability to redirect incoming calls directly to the designated recovery center. We provide factory trained technical support for all voice services, including platform, network and voice specialists. Voice provisioning features the Alcatel Omni PCX Enterprise IP redundant multimedia VOIP/Digital PBX.

Recovery Point also offers virtual IP softphones for remote users. They include optional ACD functionality and are individually licensed with specific extensions.
